I love that. It reminds me of this student entrepreneurship project I worked on back in college—totally different fields, right? But once we started listening to each other, the decisions we made were way better than if it had just been, you know, a bunch of supply chain nerds like me. I think Juan Felipe brings that same energy—he’s disciplined, organized, and he’s got that drive to make a positive impact, not just tick boxes.That’s a great point. And then you’ve got Santiago Neira, who’s all about the financial sector. He’s not just studying business administration, he’s got a minor in economics, and he’s been a teaching assistant for courses like financial planning and investment decisions. That’s some serious dedication. But what I find interesting is how he brings that same discipline to his personal life—he’s into the gym, plays football and padel. It’s like, that attention to detail and work ethic just runs through everything he does.Yeah, and I think that kind of discipline is underrated. Like, people always talk about creativity, but sometimes you need someone who’s just gonna put in the work, keep everyone on track, and make sure the numbers add up. Santiago’s the kind of guy who, I imagine, is always double-checking the spreadsheets and making sure the team’s not missing anything. And, you know, that’s huge when you’re trying to build something that actually lasts.Exactly. And when you put someone like Santiago together with someone like Juan Felipe, you get this really interesting dynamic. One’s got the creative, big-picture thinking, and the other’s got the analytical, detail-oriented mindset. It’s a bit like, um, having both a composer and a conductor in the same room, if that makes sense. Or maybe that’s a terrible analogy—No, no, I get what you mean! It’s like, you need both the vision and the execution. And honestly, I think that’s what makes teams like this so exciting. You’ve got people who see opportunities everywhere, and others who know how to turn those ideas into something real. And, uh, I might be wrong, but I think that’s where a lot of startups fall short—they lean too hard on one side or the other.Yeah, and it’s not just about having different skills, it’s about having different perspectives. Like, Juan Felipe’s design thinking helps him spot opportunities in real-life problems, and Santiago’s financial background means he’s always thinking about sustainability and risk. When you put that together, you get solutions that are both innovative and actually viable.Totally. And, you know, it’s not always smooth sailing. Sometimes those differences lead to debates, or even arguments, but that’s kind of the point. If everyone agrees all the time, you’re probably missing something. I mean, I’ve seen teams where the creative folks get frustrated with the finance people, and vice versa, but if you can work through that, you end up with something way better.Couldn’t agree more. And I think that’s what makes this team so compelling. They’re not just ticking boxes—they’re building with purpose, drawing on their diverse paths to create something genuinely new.
